​Colton Scott

​Colton Alan was brought into this world on November 29th, 2016 and our lives will never be the same. He fills your heart, life, and home with so much love and laughter. He illuminates with joy and in return draws a smile on your face. His smile is indescribable but makes our cup over flow. He was the blessing his Daddy and Mommy never knew they needed. He created our family. 

Everyday he does something new and fascinating completely overwhelming us with pride. He's a smart, charming, flirtatious little boy who steals hearts daily.
True Northern Michigan boy through and through. He enjoys bonfires, kayaking, and swimming in the summer months. Sledding, snowmobiling, and playing in the snow durning the winter months.
He loves dancing and music. Making music(or just any type of noise in general). Chris Stapleton is his favorite at this time. Sesame Street is also a fave of his. He really loves the fuzzy monsters, Cookie Monster and Elmo.
He is a happy boy bringing joy to all who surround him. He can do everything a typical 2 year old does. He's given back to his community. He will continue to raise awareness and educate others on Down syndrome. We hope that he shows the world, better yet, the world will see people with Down syndrome are first and foremost PEOPLE. Secondly, they are here for a reason and they have purpose, just like you or me. Thirdly, they deserve the chance and opportunity to life. 
He is our little boy, our love, our whole entire world and for that we are so greatful. "We wouldn't change him for the world but would change the world for him."
